About
We listen, act, and transform
I founded DelMar Behavioral Health & Recovery with one core belief: healing happens when we treat the whole person with compassion and evidence-informed care. As a PhD in Counseling Psychology and published author, I work with patients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and substance-use recovery. Whether you're struggling with a specific concern or seeking deeper self-understanding, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused methods, and other evidence-based modalities. My goal is to help you develop practical coping skills, strengthen your relationships, support lasting recovery, and move toward a more fulfilling life. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I'm here to walk with you through whatever brings you in.
